Policies
Ordering - It is best to place your order as soon as you confirm your reservation. Ordering is simple on our secure online website. All orders should be placed at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival.
Pricing - All prices are per week and include delivery and pick up. No credit or refund for unused linen or early departure. Credit card will be used as security for any items damaged or not returned.
Revising or canceling orders - Any change to your order (adding, deleting or changing items) within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival are subject to a $10 charge. All cancellations of orders must be received no less than prior to scheduled arrival for a full refund. Any orders canceled less than one week prior to scheduled arrival are subject to a $20 restocking fee.
Delivery - All deliveries will be made on your schedule arrival date (usually Saturday or Sunday) before 5PM. Your linen order will be left at the door of the address provided, unless access is available.
Pick up - Your linens will be picked up one week after delivery. All linens should be placed in bag provided and left outside the house no later than 10 AM

*Weekday deliveries are subject to a $20 delivery charge.*
Damaged or unreturned items – Any items that are damaged or not returned will be charged to your credit card.
